Are you interested in learning more about the proposed rezoning of the property at 1 Beanpot Circle by The Roux Institute, a part of Northeastern University?

If so, you are invited to attend a meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 5:30 pm at the Ocean Avenue Elementary School Cafeteria.  The School is located at 150 Ocean Avenue.

The meeting will be facilitated by Mary Costigan, an attorney at Berstein Shur, who specializes in zoning issues for firm clients.  Presumably she is representing The Roux in this zoning matter, although the “neighborhood” notice of the meeting doesn’t say that.  Formerly she was with the city of Portland Planning Department.
