Greater Portland nonprofit organizatdions eligible to submit grant proposals to the Maine Community Foundation’s (MaineCF) Welch Charitable Fund.  Eligible organizations and projects must serve the Greater Portland area and focus on youth, education, health care, substance use recovery or the arts.

In 2022, the Welch Charitable Fund awarded 21 grants totalling $285,641.
