Jacob Hiscock, 40 of Livermore Falls, was arrested early this morning, Wednesday, October 22, 2025,  at his residence on charges of Sexual Abuse of a Minor and Possession of Sexually Explicit Material according to a press release issued this afternoon by Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer for the Maine Department of Public Safety, Augusta.
