Late last week, Berman & Simmons, on behalf of clients who were injured and killed on October 25th, acted to notify an initial 20 state and federal agencies to preserve alla evidence related to claims against those who share responsibility for this catasrophe.

What changes are needed o ensure this never happens again? These preservations letters are critical not only to safeguard information relevant to our clients, but also to protect the rights of all victims of the horrific event, said Travis Brennan, of Berman & Simmons.
A November 9 letter to the US Army Reserve said that “includes all information, documents and things that are likely to lead to the discovery of admissable evidence or that may pertain to the claims or defenses of any party to a lawsuit.”
