“The Trump Indictments” by Attorneys Melissa Murray & Andrew Weissmann is Available in Paperback at Sherman’s Maine Coast Book Shop, 49 Exchange Street.  It is an Outstanding & Must Have Handbook on Trump’s Current Legal Issues.  Just Published, the Book has Made the “New York Times” Best Seller List.

The Judge in the Fani Willis disqualification case in Georgia ruled this morning as promised several weeks ago.  Judge Scott F. McAfee, Atlanta,  ruled that because Fani Willis did not demonstrate a conflict of interest in her roantic relationship  with Chief Prosecutor Nathan Wade, she can remain on the case.

But, the Judgerequired in his ruling that either attorney Nathan Wade be removed from the case or that DA Willis remove her office from the case,  It is expected that Wade will be removed from the case. That is because of a romantic relationship that existed between DA Willis and Chief Prosecutor Wade.  It has been stated that Wade was not qualified for the job anyway, because he lacked the proper legal expeerience to try this RICO case.

It is not known whether or not this RICO trial will be held before the November election, although many believe that this delay will prevent voters from  hearing the evidence in this trial.  Several news pundits have recommended that Willis should recuse herself from the case in order to preserve the integrity of the case against Trump and some of his allies because the Judge was  highly critical of the behavior of DA Willis while testifyng on the stand – including calling her unprofessional – for starters.  The refusal to do so could leave the Trump Team free to challenge the creditability and more of the case if Willis stays involved. .
