Jetport Recognized as Best Airport in North America for Customer Experience

The Portland International Jetport announced today that Airports Council International’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program has recognized the Jetport as the winner of three award in a global benmarking survey.  The Jetport was recognized for the following three awards based on surveys conducted im 2025.

Best Airport in North America:  2 – 5 Million Passengers; Best Airport:  Most Dedicated Staff in North America; Best Airport:  Easiest Airport Journey in North America.

In 2025, nearly 707,000 passengers werre surveyed worldwide, in real time.  Over 400 Airports around the world participated in the survey.
