Inauguural Howl-O-Ween Festival is Set for October 25, 2025 and is Presented by BNA of Portland.  The Dog Costue Parade Starts at 1:00 pm.

You and all your spooky friends, families and DOGS  are invited to attend the inaugural Howl-0-Ween Festival on Saturday, October 25, 2025.  The Festival runs from Noon – 4:00 pm on the Bayside Trail at Elm and Somerset Streets (behind Trader’s Joe).  The event is presented by the Bayside Neighborhood Association.

Featured in this first ever event is a Dog Costume Parade as well as a neighborhood harvest block party.  The Dog Costume Parade starts at 1:00 pm.

There will be live music, food trucks, prizes and snacks for humans and others according to the BNA press release.  There will also be vendors tables available.  Volunteers are needed to assist with this part of the block party.  If you are interested, please contact:  info@baysideportland.org.
