The  spooky time of the year is almost here –  not only the City Mayoral and Council elections – but Halloween – yes Halloween!

“Pumpkins in the Square” and other family friendly events are planned for the Congress Square Park on Sunday, October 25, 2015.  The program runs from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm  It is hosted by the Friends of Congress Square Park.

There will be bluegrass music by Northwood and pumpkin-carving with  Victor Award!  (Apparently that’s a good thing – whatever he, she or it  is!)
