Cyrus Hagge, a wealthy Munjoy Hill resident, has submitted a site plan application for the construction of a four story building at 121 Cassidy Point Drive.

The proposal is to demolish an existing building and add a structure with a total sq. footage of 17,500 sf. The proposed use is intended for small “maker spaces.” It is currently the office space for SailMaine, a non-profit, located at Portland Foreside on Munjoy Hill.
