Governor Janet T. Mills, the first woman governor in the state of Maine, will deliver her second State of the State address to a joint convention of the Maine House and Senate January 21, 2020 at 7:00 pm.

In her remarks, Governor Mills will pay tribute to the State’s bicentennial, celebration,  the progress made during her first year in office, and highlight her priorities for the second legislative session and all her vision for Maine.
