Four Arts Organizations in Portland to Receive Federal Funds Says Pingree

Four arts organizations located in Portland will receive grant money from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) according to a press release issued by the office of Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D).  The grants were funded through the CARES Act and will support staff salaries, fees for artists or contracted personnel and facilities costs.

The four arts organizations in Portland are:

The Portland Symphony Orchestra, $50,000, Portland Ovations, $50,000, Portland Stage Company $50,000m and The Telling Room, $50,000.

Congresswoman Pingree is the co-chair of the bipartisan Congressional Arts Caucus.
