Governor Gavin Newsom (D) of California During His June 10th “Blistering” Critique of Trump to Los Angeles and the Nation.

California AG Ron Bonta Who Filed the Successful Lawsuit Against the Trump Administration on Behalf of the State of California.
It has been reported tonight that as anticipated, US District Court Judge Charles R. Breyer ruled that the order issued by President Trump deploying the National Guard to Los Angeles is illegal. The judge ruled that the President did not have the authority to order the National Guard, without the approval of California’s Governor, to the area.
The judge further ruled that the authority of the National Guard shall be returned to Governor Newsom effective tomorrow, Friday, June 12, 2025.
A defender of the Trump administration position said that it was necessary to “liberate the city from socialism.”
In an interview on cable news this evening, Governor Newsom said that the National Guard will come back under his control by 12:00 pm. “How weak do you have to be to commandeer the military to celebrate your birthday?” he asked. “The commander President Trump has called ‘suckers’ and ‘loosers,'” said this blogger. “He better not defy this court order. He is not a monarch nor a king,” the Governor said. The Governor said he would love to divulge the contents of his recent telephone call with the President, but he can’t. “It would send shivers up your spine.”
“The most important office is that of the citizen. They are stepping up and stepping in,” said the Governor. He expects a big turnout for the NO KINGS Day rally on Saturday. He said he hopes it is a peaceful rally.
