On Monday, April 28, 2025 at approximately 10:07 am., the Warren Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire at 259 Ridgewood Drive, Warren.  Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a fatality within the residence.  The Maine State Fire Marshall’s Office spent the day processing the scene and interviewig witnesses.  The deceased individual was transported to the Office of Chief Medical Examier in Augusta to determine both the identity and the cause of death.  No other injuries were reported.

The cause of this fire remains under investigtion by the Maine State Fire Marshall’s Office.
