“There were some followup questions based on the test pit we did.  Currently, the core drill we need to make the penetration into the manhole will not be available until the week of July 22nd.  Our contractor, Sargent, is trying to schedule it,” is the reason given late this afternoon for the announced construction at the corner of Baxter Boulevard & Hannaford Plaza Road that was to have begun last week and didn’t.  The foregoing statement came from the city’s spokeswoman late this afternoon.
