The city of Portland has announced a citywide parking ban starting tonight, Monday, January 23 at 10:00 pm and running through Tuesday, January 24 at 6:00 am.   Vehicles left on city streets after 10:00 pm tonight can be towed away at owner’s expense according to a press release issued by the city around 8:00 am this morning.
