The city of Portland announced earlier this week that it has received a major site plan and subdivision application to facilitate an eight lot residential subdivision, construction of a new public right-of-way, construction of eight new residential buildings with a total of 80 new residential units and 125 off street parking spaces.  The subject property totals 4.04 acres and is zoned R-2 residential.  The application was submitted by GreenMars Real Estate Services.
