The city of Portland has received a Major Site Plan application to combine the parcels at 101 and 105 Winter Street to facilitate the construction of a five-unit building and a four-unit building, for a total of nine units, with 13 structred parking spaces split between the RN-4 Neighborhood Residential and B-3 Downtown Business zones.  The application was submitted by 105 Winter LLC.

The property is also located within the West End Historic District.
