9 Boyd Street in Kennedy Park is Subject to a Proposal for Redevelopment of it Before the City’s Plannng Department.

A major site plan application has been received for 9 Boyd Street on the east end of Portland.  It would facilitate the construction of two new multi-family affordable housing buildings; One with 92 units and the other with 27 units.

One developent will be located at the corner of Cumberland Avenue and Boyd Street and the other will be developed along the intersection of Mayo and Oxford Streets.

No parking is proposed as part of this application.
