The city’s planning office has received a major site plan application for a new 50-unit apartment building at the Barron Center complex at 1125 Brighton Avenue.  The application is from Developers Collaborative Predevelopment LLC and Prosperity ME.

This proposed multi-family building will offer a variety of dwellng unit sizes, including 2, 3 and  bedroom units.  There will be 31 new parking spaces and convenienet long-term bike parking.
