The city has announced this afternoon that it has received an application for a major site plan and subdivision to facilitate the creation of nine new residential lots with single-family dwelling units at 57 Castine Avenue.  The project is being designed in accordance with the Conservation Residential Developmen standards of the Land Use Code.

Unfortunately, the press release from the Planning and Urban Development Department gives no details or additional information as is customary in such announcements.
