City Declares City-Wide Parking Ban Tonight Starting at 10:00 pm

The City of Portland has announced there will be a city-wide parking ban this evening.  It starts at 10:00 pm. and runs through 6:00 am Wednesday, November 21.

Vehicles left on city streets after 10:00 pm tonight can be towed at the owner’s expense.

The city offers numerous free options for parking on the peninsula during a snow ban.  These lots are available after 5:00 pm on weekdays on the day a ban is called.   For example, Deering Oaks, Cutter Street, the Eastern Promenade  (Turner Street to East End Community School property light pole 33 on waterside).  This is not a complete list.

Vehicles must be out of these alternative parking los by 7:00 am unless otherwise noted the morning the ban is lifted.
