The Yellow Zone includes the downtown district boarded Cumberland Avenue, Franklin Street, Commercial Street and State Street.

The city encourages residents already in snow ban parking lots to stay there through Wednesday morning given the current weather conditions. took a ride from Munjoy Hill down to the Forest Avenue Hannaford Brothers just before noon today.  The roads were mostly bare of snow and very drivable.  The snowfall prediction for the Portland area far exceeded what actually hit the ground!
