Portland Police were called to 465 Congress Street on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at 7:52 am.  Upon arrival they were informed by an individual that someone had entered the building and ransacked the area, which had been done the previous night. Officers entered the building and located the suspect and placed him under arrest.

Fifty-one year old Kenneth A. Domis was taken into custody and charged with burglary theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mishcief.  He was transpored to the Cumberland County Jail.
