James Dyer’s  Body Recovered from Water Near DiMillo’s Marina.

James Dyer, 23, of Saco, was recovered from the water this morning near DiMillo’s Marina, 166 Commercial Street. Mr. Dyer was reported missing on January 1, 2016 at 1:45 am. He was last seen in the area of Commercial and Dana Streets. The recovery was around 9:30 am.

The victim has been transported to the Chief Medical Examiner’s office to determine the cause of death and to make a formal identification.
