’60 Elm Street’ Submits Ten Story Residential Building Site Plan Application to Portland

60 Elm Street, LLC has submitted a major site plan application to facilitate the development of Phase 1B of the Bayside Master Development Plan (MDP).  The application involves the redevelopment of the property at 60 Elm Street from a two-story commercial building with surface parking to a new ten story residential building with 217 residential units.  The subject property is zoned B-3 Downtown Business and is located in the Bayside Neighborhood it was announced by the city earlier this week.
