This may not be your idea of a ‘fun time!”

It may not be for you,  but the second annual “Over the Edge” fundraiser did draw 90 brave souls to  One City Center to rappel the side of the 13 story building.  The two-day fundraiser started late on Friday, May 15 and finished on Saturday afternoon, May 16th.

Besides bringing a donation of $1,000.00 to Rippleffect, each participant brought lots of courage, compassion and stamina!

Rippleffect is a non-profit youth and community development organization operating outdoor adventure programs out of Portland, Maine.  It owns Cow Island, 1 26- acre island in Casco bay and runs many youth and adult programs from this eco-campus.
