Area Residents Are Opposed To A Proposed Three Story Condo Here. Are You?

The public is invited to attend a public hearing hosted by the Planning Board to consider a proposal by Waterville Triad LLC to build a 3-story condominium buiding with basement level parking at 29 Waterville Street. Zoning for the site is R-6.
About 15 residents of the area have waged a letter campaign to the city in opposition to the construction of the condo on an empty one-tenth of an acre lot. Developer Peter Bass is one of the parties involved.
The planning board meeting will be held Tuesday, June 9th at 7:00 p.m. in City Council chambers, second floor of the City Hall at 389 Congress Street.
