Some members of Congress in Washington, D.C. are calling for some form of investigation into the illegal activities of the former Bush administration – investigation with prosecution to follow if it’s justified.

As you may know, Senator Pat Leahy of Vermont, who is a former prosecutor, seems to be spear-heading the idea.
