Two Citywide Parking Bans in Effect – Starting Tonight at 10:00 pm

Two citywide parking bans for the city of Portland beginning tonight Sunday, February 12th have been announced.  It ends tomorrow morning at 6:00 am.  A SECOND citywide parking ban starts tomorrow evening, Monday, February 13 at 10:00 pm and runs through Tuesday, February 14th at 6:00 AM.

Vehicles left on the streets during these two bans may be towed at the owner’s expense.

The city urges residents to take impending storm seriously.  Finish making preparations today and stay safe.  There will be no solid waste collection on Monday, February 13th so that crews can focus on snow removal.

The city council workshop scheduled for Monday, February 13th afternoon has been cancelled as well.  City Hall is closed tomorrow.  The Portland Jetport will not be open from this evening at 8:00 pm through 8:00 pm Monday, February 13th as well.
