Three Arrested for Drug Trafficking at 23 Hanover Street in Portland with No Bail Set

On Thursday, September 18, following an investigation into drug trafficking at 23 Hanover Street, Portland, three people were arrested and charged with Class A Aggravated Trafficking in Schedule W Drugs.  The charges were aggravated by drug weight and the presence of firearms.  They were arrested and taken to Cumberland County Jail with no bail set for the three yesterday.  They are:

DASHAWN ALLEN, 34, of Roxbury, Massacnusetts; JADEN GRAMT. 21. of Somervile, Massachusetts; and MICHAEL RAY, 71 of Portland.

Among the drugs found at 23 Hanover Street, Apt. 1R, were two loaded handguns and over $5,600 in suspected drug proceeds.  The Street value of the drugs is estimated to be over $100,000.  according to a press release issued by Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer, for the State of Maine Department of Public Safety, Augusta, this afternoon.
