There Were Numerous Third Place Honorable Mention Winners, and This Sign was Certainly One of Them!  On the Right Side of the Photo is a Spine That Didn’t Quite Make it into the Picture.

Many thousands descended on Portland’s Monument Square today to participate in NO KINGS 3 – three hours of peaceful protest against Trumpism and all of the pain, hardship, confusion and embarrassement that his agenda has brought to this country and in some instances our allies.  Portland was the epicentre of similar protests across the state.

“3” was predicted by its promoters  to be the largest yet of the NO KINGS protests that began last June and October across this nation.

As in the past, if you could not get close enough to hear the speakers, the creative, homemade signs told the story well.  They told us how Americans are feeling about Trumpism.  Whether it was about Trump’s envy of  worldwide dictators, his illegal refusal to release the Epstein files,  how poorly he’s handling the economy, the implementation of tariffs that have driven up living costs. the cruelty and illegalty of his immigration policies executed by ICE Goons, his illegal War on Iran, his personal corruption, his fascination with Sharpies, his ballroom and Himself; the list is endless.

A look at today’s “The New York Times” front page headlines does detail some of the reasons that Trumpsim has reached another new low – his approval ratings continue to tank into the toilet.

One front page headline:  “War Imperils Food Supply Across Globe”  The article details how the “Plugged” Strait has parallyzed the fertilizler supply.  Then there is the front page headline that:  “Hegseth Blocks 4 Promotions of Black and Female Officers”.  The list is  endless.

Just keep pushing back for change.  Change will come. And stay informed of Trump’s next moves.  Apparently he’s bored with the War on Iran and looking for new shiny objects.
