Xpress Copy is Relocating – Probably in August.

VEGAS, a New Bar at Ten Exchange Street, in the Old Port. It’s Managed by Mark Dean and Financed by Jonathan Cohen. It used to be a Movie Theater.  Will There be Dancing Girls on the Bar Some Neighbors Have Asked?

Long-time tenants are fleeing 100 Fore Street, the huge building that sits behind the new corporate headquarters for WEX on the waterfront on  Munjoy Hill.  The building is owned by Jonathan Cohen, who is the developer for WEX.

Xpress Copy has signed a lease to move to the west end of Portland – where the Bunker Brewing Co. is located.  The move is expected to take place mostly in August according to an employee at the company.

Employees at iBec Creative, 100 Fore Street, have confirmed what has been reported in MaineBiz as well.  That this company is relocating to 177 High Street.
