Lot on St. Lawrence Street that Could See Residential Constuction This Summer. The Lot is Directly Behind 118 Munjoy Condominiums.

Larry Gross, a Munjoy Hill resident and landlord, said today that he has filed a pre-application with the City of Portland concerning the possible construction of a four unit residential building on a 5,000 sf. lot on upper St. Lawrence Street.  Gross said he has not decided  whether it will be rental units or condominiums.

The lot is between the new 118 Munjoy Street, luxury condominium, and 91A St. Lawrence Street, Sources say he hopes to begin construction on the project this summer

David Lloyd is the architect on the building; the same architect who designed 118 Munjoy Hill, the luxurious condominium it abuts. .
