Portland Trails has joined forces with Diane Davison and Kathy Palmer, organizers of the annual event, April Stools Day. “PT” will be at the Eastern Prom with team leader Rob Whitten. Meet Rob where the Eastern Prom Trail crosses Cutter Street. From 8:00 AM on. Gloves and bags provided.
