Portland Water District Warns About Possible Scam


The Portland Water District is warning Greater Portland residents to beware of a possible scam in the area due to several incidents in York County.  That;s where men posed as local water utility employees to enter homes according to Michelle Clements, public relations manager for the Portland Water District.

Portland Water District employees carry photo IDs and generally drive white vehicles with the District’s name and logo clearly visible.
