The body of a decreased man was discovered by a City employee today at 12:50 pm.  The victim was found near Ocean Gateway Terminal.  He is believed to be a 43 year old Portland resident.

His death does not appear suspicious at this time.  The victim will be examined by the Medical Examiner’s office to determine the cause of death and confirm his identity, according to a press release from the Portland Police Department.
