The city of Portland announced yesterday that it has received a major site proposal to facilitate the development of twelve residential units contained within three separate buildings, along with off-street parking for 12 vehicles.  The property is 1.4 acres in size and is zoned R-5 Residential.

The applicant was filed by Donata Properties, LCC.
