Munjoy Hill real estate developer, Peter Bass, d/b/a Random Orbit, Inc.,  has filed paperwork with the city’s planning office to demolish a former, single story church and build residential units according to a notice from the city.  The building is located at 33 Lafayette Street on Munjoy  Hill.

The new building will have 6 residential units on 3 floors; all six are condominium units. There will be parking for 6 vehicles.  The site has 6,139 sq. ft and is located in the Residential R-6 zone.
