You are invited to Fling into Spring on Tuesday, April 26, at Rising Tide Brewing Company between 5 – 7 pm.  Buy a brew from one of the best around and at the same participate in a fundraising event to assist in a Summer Festival yet to come in June 2016.  Rising Tide Brewing Company is located at 103 Fox Street.

Molly McCarthy, chair of the Committee organizing both events, said that there will be a silent auction of about five items and a raffle for about 20 items. Some of the raffle items include Planet Dog, (a dog gift basket);  Angela Adams, (one of her signature bags); and Miccuci’s on India Street is donating a gift certificate.

Ten percent of the funds will be donated to The Locker Project and the remaining funds will go to support the Summer Festival.  A sort of reincarnation of the old MunjFest The event will be held at the Eastern Prom Park on Saturday, June 18th, at Turner Street.  The popular Dunk Tank from MunjFest days will be reactivated according to McCarthy.
