You are invited to attend a free, family friendly Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 12 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at Payson Park according to a press release issued by the City’s Sustainability Office who is hosting the event.  First, enjoy a morning of egg hunting, photos with Bubba the Bunny, face painting, music, games that run from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.  Pre-registration is required for the egg hunt.  Email recreation@portlandmaine.gov or call 207 – 808-5400 to register.

The Celebration then contiues with Earth Day festivities from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.  The city and local environmental organiztions are partnering to host a festival of fun  —– including e-bike demos, a free clothing swap, games and of course food trucks.
