The city of Portland received a minor site plan application on July 9, 2025, for site work and installation of new, expanded, play structure located at 29 Monroe Court in Bayside East from Portland Housing Authority.  The subject property is located in the Residential Neighborhood RN-4 zone.

This application will be reviewed administratively by city staff.  This is the only notice you will receive.
