HRI Hospitality Investments, LLC has submitted a minor site plan application to renovate the existing Time and Temperature Bilding at 477 Congress Street to the city of Portland.  The scope of the application includes changes to the property’s frontage on Congress Street and Preble Street to include a valet drop-off along Congress Street and short-term loading and unloading along Preble Street.  The property is located in the B-3 Downtown Business zone and the Pedestrian Activities District Overlay Zone.
