The city of Portland has received a minor site plan application to construct a new 4-unit residential building at 30 Park Street.  The project includes two ground floor garages and an exterior driveway which are both accessible via Guilford Court.  The project proposes to reconstruct the public widewalk along its frontage on Park Street.  The site is located in the Residential Neighborhood RN-4 zone and the application is from Acorn Engineering.  The press release received this morning does not give the name of the developer. of the building.

This application will be reviewed administratively by city staff.  This is the only notice you will receive.
