Portland has received a major site plan and subdivision to facilitate the development of a 13-lot subdivision and the creation of 130 dwellng units developed as a Conservation Residential Development from GreenMars Real Estate Services.  Unfortunately, specifics about the housing proposal were absent from the city’s planning and urban development department notice; such as how many buildings would be involved, or is the development going to be composed of one or several tall buildings.  Details, details!  The subject property totals 4.21 acres and is zoned Residential Neighborhood RN-1.
