The Maine Oyster Company has announced plans to open up an oyster bar in Bayside; plans call for the oyster bar to open September 1st.  Bring It On!

This is a family operation that began two years ago with a small oyster farm up in Phippsburg. The new site is across Portland Street from Isa and Back Bay Grill.

The menu includes: Oysters, Lobster Rolls and different combinations including a cup of soup.

Construction is underway and September 1st sounds like a reasonable goal.
