Port City Glass Just Sold to Condo Developer.

The property on which the Port City Glass building site at 50 India Street was just sold according to a source familiar with the situation.  It is expected the property will be converted into a condominium said the source.

The other section of the property has been for sale and is getting close to a closing said the same source. The one property was divided into two parcels as part of a divorce settlement in the past.  The two parcels are expected to be sold to different parties.

Marie B.Harmon, owner of the Port City Glass parcel, would not comment on the sale, because this blogger would not reveal the source of the information.
