A print release of Barbara Prey’s iconic painting Time Travelers will happen on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at her Port Clyde studio. The 20th anniversary celebration will happen between 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Sales of the Time Travelers will benefit Project Sunshine. The COVID-19 pandemic has left hospitalized children more isolated than ever before Project Sunshine is working with their hospital partners nation-wide to pivot their programming allowing volunteers to remotely connect with pediatric patients to deliver play engagement and human connection.
Currently, this watercolor and dry brush on paper painting hangs in the exhibition “Blue” at the Nassau Museum in New York alongside paintings by Picasso, Matisse and Miro.
“I am excited to have my painting Time Travelers included with Picasso, Matisse and Miro in the Blue Exhibition and I am pleased my work can support this good cause,” said Barbara Prey in a press release.
